Part 1: 2-Hour Learning Session (January 24)
We’ll focus on the two most common challenges that slow down climate job seekers:

Discover the right networking approach for you, learn how to effectively use LinkedIn and OpenDoorClimate, craft a strong message and get the most out of conversations.
💪 Overcoming the skills and experience gap
Identify whether you need further training, where to get it, and how to gain relevant real-world experience, even if you're starting from scratch.
Part 2: 1-Hour Peer Exchange (4 weeks later)
After applying these strategies, we’ll meet again to share what’s working, troubleshoot where you're still stuck, and learn from each other.
